The main problems we tend to solve or are solving are the issues of poverty alleviation and gender inequality among others.

Our solution hinges on girl child education. 

This works in the provision of scholarship to them in service training to others with pay and others with financial assistance to run their education.    

The solution will serve the girl -child or females in tackling the problem of women inequalities in educational development. 

We shall employ the leadership strategies that influence, engage and encourage excellent performance among which are definition and communication of vision encouragement of recognition, delegation and empowerment and commitment to continued education. 

We are applying for financial assistance to help as girl - child or women educational inequality in the society that has been affecting them negatively.

It is to makes use of technology to support and dispatch new services. It is innovative in that it stands out from the rest and truly makes the customers / clients lives easier. 

This means a successful chance that can convert knowledge and ideas into benefits in the from of new or improved products / search capable of being innovative.

Our impact goals hinge of the girl - child education, that is it focuses on women education as to make them relevant in the society and for them to be self - reliance.

This will be achieved through affording them reliable scholarship and financial assistance.  

We use the input, output, outcome and impact indicators to measure our progress towards our impact goals. these allow for a constant evaluation of progress and adjustments can be done more frequently. 

Educating the girl - child translates to better health, for the future, generation's education of child mobility and mortality thus triggering a snowball effect of achieving all other sustainable development goals in a viable manner.

The core technology that powers our solution is that which has the ability to put the power of learning into the hands of the learner through the use of audiovisual devices, photographs silent films, stereo-graphic slides, television and other kinds of electronic hardware and software. 

Since diversity, equality and inclusiveness talk about respecting and valuing differences in race, age, gender, ethnicity, physical and language abilities, culture, religion and sexual differences, the team will form a committee or task force of diverse staff members who will be responsible  for helping bring about the changes necessary for the business/model.

My business model is the provision of quality education for the people mostly the girl - child education.

The provision of this will stand to be on scholarship bases that is funding their education at all cost.

Create a plan that can be used year after year to guide my fundraising efforts. 

The financial sustainability plan or strategy will provide the guidance for the sustainable management of financial resources.

My plan(s) to achieve financial sustainability has been successful so far in that:-

1. I review my current and future capital needs and determine how i will address my anticipated growth.
2. I analyze and work to balance my plans 
3. I assess and improve on my reporting and planning capabilities.
4. I also evaluate and understand the purchasing processes of my customers, clients or audience and key prospects.  
5. I also have the need of approaching the NGOs, philanthropists and well meaning people for financial support.
