Hat and Draw Enterprises

The target beneficiaries are primary school pupils living in agricultural community. The problem we are addressing is that of bridging unemployment among such children. The program will provide basic knowledge on how to prepare and plant different kind of seeds.

We meet with community leaders, schools head teachers and parents to expose to them what we are doing and how it helps them.

The children will be giving soft training on how to prepare and plant seeds, like seed nursery, transplanting, planting and so on. It will provide them with job to earn income. Their skill will benefit the community by giving them a healthy seeds to use for farming, which will be giving a better yields so also a better income. At the end the program will benefit the community.

Many farmers are having problem which affects their income due to wrong or bad seeds they use while planting. Therefore, giving such a skill to children will laverage the problem most of the farmers are having. Reason for chosing children here is that they will easily learn and be practicing it with passion and charisma, thus will grow up doing it. Later, there will be a generation of experts farmers.

We track our progress by supervision: we go through various areas we identify as our samples sites to measure their progress by comparing them with those without the program.

The program engages young children to provide them with skills on how to prepare and plant different kind of seeds.
