Innovation in our contemporary era.Ways to curb the number of unemployment rate in South Africa community today and in the future .

The problem am committed to solve is youth unemployment challenge.

The scale is rated 8 percent approximately globally  last year 2022 on which south African community especially was really recorded the lowest.

You cannot give the statistic figure of the affected correctly but you can give an estimate  70 out of 100 youths are unemployed in South Africa community
 The Covid-19 pandemic , Gun violence among youths to get rich quick and corruption are the bedrock to the factors contributing to this challenge. 

The consequences are Hardship, the increase in crime rates  and the lost of lives.

The global statistics rated South Africa: Approximately 35 percent out of Job.

The solution am proposing is termed"Self-employment for South Africa youths "As already aware that all of us cannot do the same job in life.Because our passion and aptitude differs.That where this solution comes in.As long as we can discover early in life our area of expertise it will go along way to  put us in the rightful and enjoying lifetime job, that we both love and enjoy doing and in this way the issue of government job opening won't bother us or our families anymore.

This solution can make all of us a job creator instead of a job
seeker and the reward that this solution proffer is lifetime rewarding.

It engages both mechanical  and software technology innovation.

The solution am proposing is termed"Self-employment for South Africa youths". The targeted populace are the teeming youths of South Africa Community.

They are greatly undeserved as a result of standard policy placed  by employers of labor in this community which majority of them are influenced  lobbyists. When you don't agree to their terms you are counted out in the system.

With our passion for the tremendous change within the key population.We

are in good position to bring to fruition the required enormous change
for the targeted key population.

My team posses skills like counseling, Training and implementation of feasible start up for willing entrepreneurs.

As team we have past experience in this field as a result of working
with locals with same challenges in the past in a community in Nigeria.Even though they are a bit
less population than what we have on ground currently.But that didn't
make a difference as long as this solution is feasible and glaring.

We as a team represent them because we empathize  with these teeming South Africa youths affected.

Yes a research has been carried out by my team in the past that work perfectly.

As team we have past experience in this field as a result of working with other partners that have good insight in this specific challenging trend and 
with locals with same challenges in the past in a community in Nigeria.Even though they are a bit
less population than what we have on ground currently.But that didn't
make a difference as long as this solution is feasible and glaring.

Because of the feasibility of this solution in the past with enormous results and success.

The key population are provided with basic amenities such as aid
support, skill acquisition, orientation and other supports they need
within our disposition.We use their representative as the key person to
channel their needs and concerns.While their representative convey our
message and support to them with this method positive impacts in the lives of these youths are inevitable.

My goals are to ensure that the key population really benefited from the solution.So that they can create jobs and become  job owners.And if possible if everyone across South Africa with formal or informal skills can create job for themselves and others.The issue of unemployment will be a thing of the past.

For the next five years I will do my best to expand the solution
network to countries that have not be reached.And with MIT Solve support
and other donor organization support.Am sure the concept will be of
immense benefit globally.

The technology in use involve software technology for all  information

dissemination especially  those kind of people whose area of expertise
requires internet network  connection for effective output and input. On
the other hand hardware technology is required for those folks whose
area of expertise is purely technical.

We currently serving 400 pupils and 2000 next year.

The challenges that may hamper the acceleratiion of the program may

arise from time constrain and financial issues.But we hope to overcome
all that with time.

My project director is in partnership with UNFP which always come to the aid of the affected populace by providing them with basic things live food.Before other things is put in place  for their thriving.

The key population are provided with basic amenities such as aid support, skill acquisition, orientation and other supports they need within our disposition.We use their representative as the key person to channel their needs and concerns.While their representative convey our message and support to them.They need them to ameliorate the challenge they are already in.

Apart from MIT Solve support renewal at their discretion we have appealed to other donor agencies and partnering organization to support as they can.And most of them have made promises which we yet to see the result.

And with my project director personal income which he have decided to channel 50% for the success of the concept solution while exploring  other avenue for the solution sustainability.
