U Influenced Me

The problem is that my community is currently suffering from some problems related to learning, which is the low value of knowledge and the lack of appreciation for scholars and teachers, and in return giving appreciation to those who present useless contents and publicize them and Because of society's neglect of the appreciation of science, this leads to negative effects on young people and teachers.
  Either the young man goes to the highway of fame in society, leaving science in search of any trivial thing to be known and make money, or he is one of the ambitious people who refuse to leave science and values, so he searches for emigration and travels abroad, fleeing to a place where he finds appropriate appreciation for himself and for science, to a place that allows him to make a change.

I have attached statistics from the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics in Egypt.It shows the number of students in the educational stages sequentially from middle school to high school and then to the university, and we find that whenever we move to a higher stage, the number of students decreases, although these statistics represent education in government institutions, which are free or very low fees are paid.

I have attached a picture of one of the search results on Google, which includes articles expressing the situation that society has become in now, preoccupied with trivial trends and the devaluation of ethics and science.

And because I believe that science builds societies, I decided to make every effort in my society to spread learning among young people, provide opportunities for them, and convey appreciation to those who deserve. trying to build a society of influencers with science..a society whose language is science.

My project is a non-profit organization that aims to spread science and appreciate the influencers of science.This organization is based on a theory that I developed called the Seven Powers of Science. I put it in my first book, talked about it in detail and explained each of them, but it has not been published yet. I see through this theory that there are seven types of powers that build societies, which are the faith power, the scientific power, the technological power,the identity power, The languages power, the physical power, and the power of unity.

What I plan to do is use the seventh power, which is the Union, through partnerships with activities and student teams in various Egyptian universities, then carry out large awareness campaigns for each power and provide free opportunities to study them. I decided that the first campaign 'll be on the power of technology, through awareness Students in their fields and providing opportunities for them as follows: After announcing the start of the campaign, student activities participating with us, trainers and course centers will be announced sequentially. Then an online event date will be announced that includes paragraphs in cooperation with partners. It is divided into paragraphs that explain the various fields of technology and the method of studying them, and we announce the free trainings. Which we will present in these fields to those who want for free. The event will also include influencers in these fields. For example, I have one of the influencers, who is a 15-year-old inventor in the field of programming and won many awards. I got to know him at an international science fair. He welcomed the participation in the campaign as our youngest influencer, and I have already started announcing the campaign, and I made my first partnership with one of the student teams specializing in programming, who liked the idea very much and were excited to cooperate with us.

This is our current situation. I also announce any opportunity or good competition held in which young people can participate. I have previously announced the Egyptian International Science and Technology Fair and one of the employment conferences for girls. After the technology campaign, I will organize campaigns for other powers, and I will continue to publish them always.

There is another goal on which the organization is based, which is to appreciate the influencers in these seven areas by publishing them with us and introducing them to the community, and sometimes it can come to sending a letter of thanks and a gift to them.

The solution serves youth and students by raising awareness and guidance, offering them learning for free. The project also contributes to spreading and appreciating influencers in the community.

In light of the spread of trivial content that distracts them from that, my organization presents an initiative to redeploy values, science and renaissance.

this will affect them, by providing awareness of science, followed by learning opportunities for free. And about what I do to express appreciation to influencers, such as letters and Facebook posts, this causes moral impact on their owners, and in conveying appreciation and support to them, and building a community that includes real influencers

I have a good research skill since childhood, and I can access information and groups that I would like to study young people through

Also, I work in the public relations field as volunteer in various other activities, and i have social communication skills that help me in that.

Also, I am a writer, so writing content for the organization was the easiest thing for me, and I have skills in designs and editing, i'm always looking for creative ideas to spread and achieve my vision, i practice my skills in public relations in order to develop the organization. And through social media platforms, access to statuses and information has become very easy.

I plan to announce the request for volunteers in the areas of public relations, human resources, marketing and design, and that we all cooperate as a team to implement campaigns.It will also be training for volunteers in these areas, where an experienced person in the field will join, then new volunteers to train them.

I need help with procedures and legal problems .It is very difficult to document my team as a student activity at my university, so that I can recruit volunteers for my team Or even to document it as a non-profit organization, so the legal procedures stand as an obstacle for me, and I stopped the campaign until I can make the matter legal so that it does not cause me a problem

and Of course, I face some financial problems in advertisements, and find trainers and courses for free  I also have low experience in marketing, so I face marketing problems.

The organization is based on a theory that I invented by myself that no one mentioned before, the theory of the seven powers, which makes it different even in the way it is implemented, which is based on the seventh power, the power of union.We work on the material and moral side together, in terms of solving the problem of lack of appreciation Also, on the practical side, we highlight important sciences, raise awareness and guide learning, and offer courses for free.

My goal for the next year will be the success of the technology campaign and spreading awareness about its fields among the largest possible number of young people, and for many of them to start taking steps to enter these fields and feel their importance.

for five years, my goal will be the success of the Seven powers campaigns and their access to people and the realization of their importance

for what I will do to achieve these goals, I will take advantage of the union's power a lot and establish many partnerships with other student activities and sponsoring institutions. I will use all the skills I have learned in my life to make this project success and achieve its goals

Indicators of my project's progress will be the size of the audience that the campaigns reached, then the size of those who were affected and decided to start and learn, then the size of those who completed it, as well as the reactions of the teams and people that we will partner with, and the growth and increase of these partnerships is also an indicator of progress

I expect that my project will have an impact on the problem because it solves it in a different way and focuses on specific areas that really affect all societies, and no society will rise without it.The method of awareness that I present by uniting with student teams and creating events for young people is a method that young people here are enthusiastic about. I try to reach them and alert them in the way they like.

The technology on which my solution is based is the power of social media, especially Facebook. My project is based on exploiting the large number of young people using it to deliver awareness and education to them and build a useful society.This is done through campaigns and events that will be held online.

The project, whether at the level of its employees or partnerships, will achieve this. i'm looking for diversity. The diverse group achieves higher efficiency due to the difference in their skills, backgrounds, etc.

As for equity, i'll accept everyone, regardless of their differences. Rather, i will encourage any marginalized group to come forward with us. One of the issues that I care about outside of this project is caring for marginalized groups such as patients with dry skin pigmentation, and I designed a project for them before.

As for inclusion, it is the most important element for successful human resource management. Part of my studies is human resource management, so I will always strive to achieve this goal in my organization.

The service or value that I offer them is to make them aware of some important sciences, and I also offer free opportunities to study them.
And they need it due to the general situation that our society has become, in terms of the spread of distractions and their preoccupation and alienation from knowledge and science and the realization of their importance.

The financial support of my organization will depend on the work of public relations by making deals with sponsors when it is needed

So far, I have not received any funding because I have not tried to obtain it yet, but because I Practice as a volunteer in the Public Relations Department in other activities, this is what I can use later to bring the financial expenses of the project
