Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Our solution serves youth aged 13 to 24 across India who lack access to experiential learning, mentorship, and pathways to civic and climate action. With less than half of India’s 300 million youth projected to be workforce ready, we bridge the skills and opportunity gap through our tech enabled Ninja platform. We equip young people with peer communities, local mentors, knowledge toolkits, data, and behavioral nudges, enabling them to move from awareness to action. To date, 112,018 youth have taken over 94,000 civic and climate actions, contributed 5.6 lakh data points, initiated 3,143 campaigns, and developed 552 local solutions. From Taanika Shankar’s environmental justice clinic to Archana KR’s sanitation campaign influencing a 13.3 million USD state budget allocation, our youth are driving systemic change. Beyond immediate environmental and civic impact, they build leadership, problem solving, and entrepreneurial skills, creating resilient communities.
