Community centers system

The problem I´m trying to solve is the lack of a physical place that condensates all civic activities and doubts of a local area. The idea is to create a net of knots that carries on socially-close relevant duties by education and activies proposals.

This community centers is a place with a few administrative offices, a multiproposal zoom and a open space. The activities carried on should be those that are concerning or that can be carried on for a better quality of life of the neighborhood, e.g. providing information about heatwaves, local or personal farms and/or insecurity, generating an environment to network, educate about personal rights, etc.
Each knot should be partially independent to adress the particular solutions of each place and its planned to be financed by the government.

It should exist a constant flow of conversation between the knot and the community. A citizen asks something and a part of the knot staff answers it. If there is a request of a topic, it should be evaluated as a possible next activity because this place should adapt to the neighboors needs and not the other way.

In order to make things better, a digital support of all the events and knowledge spreaded should be done. 

It serves the local community, most probably in food, environmental and social knowledge. 

Because I plan to hire professionals to do all the management needed. I most definitely need a lawyer, a biologist, a community manager, an IT technician and psycologist as a ground team.
The best way to know what to do is to come close to the community, ask and act from what they say. 

I´m applying so this idea can be spread. Currently, my barrier is economical or a network one.

The fact that it opens up for information about relevant topics which will be available 24/7 and the fact that its community-commanded. It does tasks according to the people´s voice, like democracy. For the people, to the people, by the people.

As I said, the goals are defined by the people necessities, so it is to impact positively about those things that concern a society.

Because of the psycological component. It is crucial for this project to give a calm image that irradiates the sense of control on the situation. In order for it to happen we need a lot of information and care all the little details.
Besides, it has the potential to act as a "third place" (sociological term referred to a group different than the family and work/study place) catalyst. 

No extraordinary technology needed.
