ANDRIOD APPLICATION FOR OBESITY CONTROL

Obesity is a complex disease that involves excessive body fat. Obesity is not just a matter of being overly anxious. It is a medical problem that increases your risk of other diseases and health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and certain cancers. There are many reasons why some people find it difficult to avoid obesity. Often, obesity is caused by a combination of genetics, combined with nature and personal diet, and a choice of exercise. The good news is that even excessive weight loss can improve or prevent the health problems associated with obesity. Dietary changes, weight gain, and behavioral changes can help you lose weight. Medication and weight loss procedures are an additional way to treat obesity. The main Aim and purpose of our project is to give services to the people, we thought it’s the time of modern technology and the solutions should be relevant to technology so that it becomes a huge facility for the people. So, we made a project with the name Obesity Control, it’s a platform for the doctors and public to interact with each other. The main theme and goal of our project is to take care of the physical fitness of people

Obesity prevention requires a complex approach, including interventions at the community, 

family and individual levels. Changes to diet and exercising are the main treatments 
recommended by health professionals. Diet quality can be improved by reducing the 
consumption of energy-dense foods, such as those high in fat or sugars, and by increas-
ing the intake of dietary fibber.  
Contributing to human’s health, we made an app which will first check its user’s weight 
if he/she is over weighted, they will be contacted with the doctors of them. The doctor 
will direct his/her patient in diet and exercise. User will be provided with weekly diet 
plan and physical exercise.

Obesity control and losing weight is a challenging task for people to maintain their 
weight to be healthy. To control obesity and facilitate the people in losing their weight 
who are facing obesity problem. For achieving this goal, we have developed obesity 
control application.

Dr. MOHAMMAD FAISAL currently working at the Department of computer science and IT, University of Malakand Pakistan, received his M.S. degree in information security management from SZABIST, Pakistan, in 2012, and his Ph.D. degree in network security from the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Malakand in 2018. His research interests include ML and security of wireless ad hoc networks MANETs, VANETs, IoT, Cloud, Fog, Edge, Blockchain, and digital forensics.
