Carlos Galindo is also a vital member of our team, with six years of experience working in rural areas of Colombia. Through this initiative, they have empowered over 60,000 young people in Colombia across 800 municipalities by providing access to education, training, and opportunities in emerging technologies.

In Maicao, La Guajira, we've partnered with a local foundation to educate over 400 residents of the Villa del Sol neighborhood about the benefits and applications of renewable energy. Through hands-on workshops and educational sessions, we've promoted the adoption of clean and sustainable technologies, raising awareness about the importance of renewable energy and its potential to improve quality of life and protect the environment.
Additionally, we've conducted education and training initiatives in Cartagena and Montería, working directly with families to teach them about renewable energies and how to adapt to climate change. For instance, we've introduced and advocated for the use of geothermal cooling systems as an efficient and sustainable alternative to mitigate the impacts of climate change and reduce reliance on non-renewable energy sources.
While we haven't yet served customers or beneficiaries directly through our solution, our extensive experience and collaboration with local communities have provided us with valuable insights, learnings, and connections.
