What specific problem are you solving?

The digital age has left vulnerable Child-Victim-Family (CVF) units trapped in harmful "Traporithms" like cyber abuse and deep fakes. Cyberbullying, deep-faked AI, and unaccountable cryptocurrency crimes are rampant, causing social anxiety, depression, hopelessness, and even suicide among young people. This escalating crisis demands urgent and comprehensive safeguards to protect CVFs. Conventional platforms are geared to sell short when it comes to preventing these challenges, especially for device users with interface disabilities, highlighting the pressing need for new bufferable solutions. "Unless and until our society recognizes cyberbullying for what it is, the suffering of thousands of silent victims will continue." – Anna Maria Chavez

What is your solution?

Conventional platforms are geared against organically buffering challenges faced by young people with interface disadvantages navigating digital and paper spaces, especially for peer advocacy and up-socials. This includes the inaccessibility of mainstream platforms' social consensus, difficulty in finding actionable authentic content to view, and incompatible interfaces from assistive technologies. BufferXSecure is an IP licensing clearinghouse, certified training course provider, and hub for free resources for vulnerable CVF units, focusing on empowering and preventing CVF Traps. Our platform offers literal Licensing Agreements with partners, maintenance schedules for private practices, and a user-friendly website with training programs and future third-party school platforms pre-license for certified courses, along with free resources applications. Through advanced authentication (LOB) and secure digital interactions (Real QuadCash AI Coin), BufferXSecure promotes transparent access and ethical financial transactions within CVF communities. Additionally, our stakeholders support community safety through meaningful partnerships and initiatives, bridging gaps and building informed, secure environments for Traporithms to still thrive and CVFs to co-thrive.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

Our solution, BufferXSecure, is created to address the needs of vulnerable Child-Victim-Family units facing critical problems related to their inability to navigate digital and socio-economic spaces safely. More specifically, this target population often finds themselves underserved due to the complex and evolving nature of digital threats, financial insecurities, and gaps in legal protections. These groups may include children from single-parent households, victims of cyberbullying or online abuse, families navigating custody disputes, and individuals struggling with financial instability. Currently, they are underserved by existing systems that are authentic interface deserts and lack comprehensive support for their unique needs, leaving them vulnerable to various forms of harm and exploitation in digital spaces. BufferXSecure wants to address this problem by providing advanced authentication for secure access & verified cryptocurrency, and support programs that offer education, training, and resources tailored to CVF units. Through meaningful partnerships and community-driven initiatives, BufferXSecure seeks to empower CVFs to live safer, more informed, and resilient lives in the digital age, bridging gaps and creating a protective ecosystem that promotes their well-being and security.

How are you and your team well-positioned to deliver this solution?

As peers who have personally experienced the challenges of being a double unrepresented children and later adults with double unrepresented kids, along with actively participating in parental family trial support groups and legislative initiatives, we have gained profound insights into the intricate dynamics and legal complexities faced by Child-Victim-Family (CVF) units. Through personal involvement in an onset disability case and navigating the complexities of two-party child support and visitation orders, the Co-founder developed a deep understanding of the struggles and needs of these communities. The team's collaborative efforts, including company-authored proprietary licensed practitioners and legislative initiatives aimed at bridging legal gaps and providing support, reflect our commitment to addressing these issues in real-time from multiple angles. Our new solution, BufferXSecure, is designed with input from the communities we serve, the up-social children and unrepresented parents and families, ensuring we meet their unique needs, depower Traporithms, and empower CVF units through device screen family law gap legal buffers, financial empowerment, and community-driven safety initiatives such as the Child Support Relief Fund.

This venture is in the growth stage because it signed Licensing Agreements, which are daily practices in two states. We're also networking every day and recently won the BALSA seed grant round, helping us serve over 2000 people. Our work has been featured on multiple television news stories, where we've been recognized for our efforts in supporting foster children and unrepresented parents in trials. Additionally, our work has shed light on alleged abuses in highly visible circuit clerk e-filing systems and has contributed to visible state legislations aimed at fixing digital and financial exchange abuses.
