The "Harnessing the Power of AI" course is designed to empower individuals from all backgrounds with the knowledge and practical skills needed to understand and leverage artificial intelligence (AI) in everyday life and work environments. As AI continues to reshape industries, this course provides a foundational understanding of AI technologies, their applications, and how they can be used to solve real-world problems.

South East Fort Worth is a predominantly working-class community, with a rich mix of long-time residents and newcomers from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Many of its residents work in blue-collar industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and transportation.
As of recent data, the median household income in South East Fort Worth is estimated to be around $40,000 - $45,000 per year. This is below the Fort Worth citywide median of approximately $60,000. The poverty rate in South East Fort Worth tends to be higher than the city’s overall average. It is estimated that about 20% - 25% of the population in this area lives below the poverty line, which is above the citywide poverty rate (around 16%).
It is estimated that only about 10% - 15% of residents in South East Fort Worth hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, which is lower than the Fort Worth metropolitan area, where around 30% of residents have a degree. Access to quality education can be a challenge, particularly in neighborhoods with fewer resources or lower levels of school funding. Red Development Group specializes in community and economic development, while Living Waters Park has a mission to provide educational programs and workforce development to the South East Fort Worth community. By combining their resources and expertise, they can tackle the critical skills gap in the area, especially in the technology sector, which is rapidly growing and transforming job markets.
Through the partnership, Living Waters Park can offer AI-centric training programs that cater to both youth and adults. This includes introductory courses on AI, coding boot camps, and advanced certification programs in fields like data science, machine learning, and robotics.
These programs are not just theoretical but designed with practical applications in mind. Students will be exposed to real-world problems, and they will be trained on how to use AI tools to solve these challenges, such as automating workflows, improving business operations, and predicting trends.
Red Development Group can connect Living Waters Park with local businesses and organizations that are looking for AI-trained workers. This creates a direct pipeline between education and employment, ensuring that the skills residents acquire are aligned with current industry needs. We will also teach community members how to utilize AI for improved their quality of live though teaching them how to conduct research using AI that will help them advocate for themselves in healthcare and education environments and much more. Our goal will be to show community members how to use AI for the purpose of workforce development, upskilling, reskilling, and overall improved quality of life in an effort to addresses some of the unique challenges faced by underserved communities. By equipping them with these tools and resources we can help to increase their ability to thrive in the modern economy.
This approach has the potential to revolutionize the way communities engage with emerging technologies and prepare for the future, all while creating lasting positive change on a local, national, and even global scale.

The ultimate vision is to create a model of community development that integrates technology, education, and health—unlocking opportunities for those who need it most and providing a blueprint for others to follow that will assist in achieving the following goals.
1) Educate community members about AI to eliminate fear and barriers.
2) Teach community members how to communicate with (prompt) AI tools to get the information they want and need.
3) Help community members develop career, education and personal development plans to assist them in obtaining the knowledge and information needed to increase their employability.
4) Teach community members how to utilize AI technology to advocate for themselves and their families, decrease misinformation, and increase knowledge.
To track these outcomes we will use the following tools:

Having a deep respect for the value of diverse experiences, thoughts, opinions and cultures, our team comes from a plethora of backgrounds providing diverse thought and experiences from multiple walks of life. Our Board of Directors is made up of 6 men and 6 women. Their backgrounds include nonprofit leadership and management, engineering, law, park development, property management, consulting, architecture, a Master Naturalist, real estate broker, and a Texas bug specialist. Their ages range from age 27 to age 83 and years of experience from 3 years to 42 years.
The team at RED Development Group includes 5 men and 3 women ranging from age 27 to 50. Their expertise includes corporate operations, communication and conflict navigation, business finance, technology, marketing, and healthcare.
Our teams includes African Americans, Native Americans, Caucasians, those of Pakistani descent, Christians, Muslims, multiple social economic and educational backgrounds (GED to Doctorate). Finally, our team members include native Texans, Michigan, Illinois, Virginia, Louisiana, California, and Missouri natives.
Living Waters Park’s business model is a dynamic, sustainable solution that combines social enterprise principles with community development. It generates revenue through a mix of paid educational programs, corporate partnerships, grants, and the rental of its space for weddings, socials, community and corporate events, while ensuring that its primary mission—empowering residents through economic, social and environmental sustainability—remains at the forefront. The model is designed to be scalable, adaptable to different communities, and capable of attracting diverse funding sources, ensuring long-term success and impact. Living Waters Park is also working to become a premier tourist destination which not only impacts its revenue model, but assists in stimulating growth within the surrounding community. Future plans for the park include a marina and boat storage which would also generate revenue for the park that can be used to support programming for the community.
This business model allows Living Waters Park to not only serve its immediate community but also to serve as a scalable, replicable model that can drive change and economic development on a local, national, and global scale.

The main service is to rent out the park for events, which will be $1500 to $10,000 per event. The expanse of the grounds at Living Waters Park offers opportunities for multiple weddings on-site at various points in the park without intrusion from others. The leased area for the events is five usable acres and 7.33 rentable
acres. A natural gateway separates the park to be utilized based on event needs.

LWP will take a 10% upcharge on all outsourced services. If a client wants its own designated supplier, then there would be a 15% upcharge on their contract. We have preferred providers at all price points ready to serve the needs for entertainment, video, photos, catering, seating/tables/decor, ceremony, etc.
Additionally, we will have the ability to host camping outings, fishing and boating experiences, and much more.
