What specific problem are you solving?
We are addressing the lack of coordinated, continuous, and accessible mental health and human care services for patients with severe or complex conditions in Latin America. Millions of families face fragmented care systems, limited guidance, and a lack of accountability from traditional providers. In countries like Argentina and Brazil, over 80% of patients with mental health conditions are untreated or abandon treatment, according to WHO. Most health systems offer only static lists of professionals, forcing families to choose based on availability, not suitability. Without therapeutic planning or follow-up, patients cycle through providers without results, often cared for by overburdened female relatives. This leads to emotional burnout, economic instability, and worsening conditions. EnLite addresses this by delivering structured, data-driven, interdisciplinary care that connects patients with the right providers, tracks progress daily, and adjusts treatment dynamically — improving outcomes while reducing family burden. Our model ensures access to continuous care, particularly in underserved or rural areas.
What is your solution?
EnLite Health Solutions is a tech-enabled “clinic without walls” that delivers personalized, supervised mental health and human care services. Unlike marketplaces that simply list professionals, our platform manages the entire care journey: we start with a free admission session, build a tailored therapeutic plan, match patients with the right professional, and receive daily reports to monitor progress. These reports feed into our data system, allowing us to track outcomes and make real-time decisions to improve treatment.
We serve patients through B2B contracts with health insurance providers (prepaids and obras sociales) and through B2C subscriptions. Our platform combines care coordination, scheduling, reporting, and supervision into a single digital system, ensuring accountability and continuity.
EnLite integrates psychology, therapeutic accompaniment, and caregiving in a scalable model powered by cloud-based infrastructure, geolocation tools, and data analytics. Our “Lab” division uses this data to identify best practices, improve care pathways, and apply machine learning for predictive models. We operate in Argentina and Brazil, with plans to expand across Latin America.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
EnLite Health Solutions serves individuals with severe or chronic mental health conditions — such as autism, schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s, addiction, and depression — and their families. These individuals often face fragmented care systems, lack of clinical follow-up, and overwhelming emotional and logistical burdens. In Latin America, up to 86% of people with mental health conditions are abandoned or receive inadequate care (WHO). Families, especially women, frequently sacrifice their careers and personal lives to become informal caregivers without support or training.
EnLite transforms this reality by offering personalized, continuous, and supervised care. We support families with a free admission session, a custom therapeutic plan, and connection to trained professionals, while ensuring daily reporting and outcome tracking. This gives families relief, patients structured recovery paths, and insurers traceable, cost-effective care.
Our impact: improved patient outcomes, reduced caregiver burnout, reintegration of family members into work and education, and a scalable solution that helps healthcare systems provide better services in underserved communities.
