What specific problem are you solving?
• According to the Global Gender Gap Report 2024, it will take an estimated 134 years to reach full gender parity based on the current rate of progress.
• In Mexico and Latin America, more than 50% of women leave the workforce after having children (INEGI 2023).
• Only 3% of CEO level positions, in Mexico, are occupied by women and this number has been stagnated globally since 2021.
• Globally women in leadership positions is only represented by 31%, this number has not moved up in a decade.
• Women in Mexico earn $0.51 cents of every dollar a man earns in the same position acoording to the GGGR 2024.
• In Mexico more than 200K women have to be hired in entry level for one of them to reach a C-level position, in men this number is less than 3K.
This highlights systemic barriers limiting women's economic independence and professional growth, contributing to a global talent gap, perpetuating gender inequality.

We impact the lives of Women from 30 to 55 years old mainly, that have a professional education, from a high to middle socioeconomic status, that are mainly mothers, that were forced to leave the workforce because of the systemic barriers, or they are currently working but are looking for another and better job opportunity.
Also small to big size companies looking to hired high-skilled qualified talent that is driven and result-oriented and that are committed to reducing the gender gap in the workforce and foster a culture that embraces this purpose.
Linked over +7,000 women that have obtained a flextime job through Bolsa Rosa with an average wage of $1,100 USD a month, representing more than $100 million USD a year in new income generated in Mexican families.
