Our solution is based on important elements such as Human behavior, product design, user interface, and Artificial intelligence.
Part 1
Human behavior: engaging people in the process of segregation is foremost requirements. Doorstepping changes the behavior of peoples towards their waste. Doorstepping at each household is one of our techniques at initials stage to create awareness and educate people about waste Segregation personal interactive is important. And giving them the opportunity to track their recyclables, compost and trash which sometimes goes from the recyclers to shopping mall, compost makers to gardens and their trash to the landfill nearby to their children's school. which make them think twice before throwing the waste. This helps in generating apathy from people toward the segregation process. Also our second techniques is giving positive incentives to our users in the form of scores and rankings on the basis of their segregation performance.
Stage 2
After completing our initials stage of creating awareness and generating apathy towards segregation we will provide 2 "easy bags" to each household. So the segregation can take place daily at each household
On next day collector comes on specific time to collect waste, collector scans the door.
collects waste from the user and verifies.
At last collector scans the bag and link them both.
Stage 3
On the completion of collection processes. Waste is transfer to segregator.
Segregator scans the bar code and bag, lays contents on the table.
Usage of AI for image processing and object identification.
Segregtor enters the score on the server for each individual based on their segregation performance.
At last as the Segregation will be done properly recyclable waste is sent to recyclers. Biodegradable waste is sent to compost maker and inert waste is sent to local governing body
