What specific problem are you solving?
N3XUS provides a data-driven solution that connects ex-offenders to sustainable employment by leveraging government incentives, tax reliefs, and employer partnerships. Our AI-driven insights optimise rehabilitation outcomes, reduce reoffending, and generate economic value. By addressing systemic barriers, we help governments reduce incarceration costs, enable businesses to access untapped talent, and empower individuals to break the cycle of reoffending.
What is your solution?
N3XUS Global is a smart, AI-powered platform that helps ex-offenders find stable jobs while making it easier for businesses to access government incentives for hiring them. We connect people leaving prison with real job opportunities, matching their skills to industries that need workers. At the same time, we help employers navigate tax breaks, subsidies, and other benefits they might not even know exist.
Our platform does the heavy lifting—using data and predictive analytics to match the right candidates with the right jobs, track progress, and ensure businesses stay compliant with regulations. This means companies get access to a motivated workforce while contributing to real social change. Governments benefit too, saving billions by reducing reoffending and lowering incarceration costs.
The results speak for themselves: our programs have already cut reoffending rates from 64% to 23%, generating millions in economic impact. By making rehabilitation an economic opportunity, N3XUS creates a win-win for businesses, communities, and individuals looking for a second chance.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
N3XUS serves people leaving prison who are ready to rebuild their lives but face overwhelming barriers to employment. These individuals often struggle with stigma, lack of work experience, and limited access to opportunities, making it difficult to break the cycle of reoffending. Many want to contribute to society, but without support, they end up back in prison—costing taxpayers billions and tearing families apart.
Our platform changes that. We connect ex-offenders with real job opportunities, ensuring they’re placed in roles that match their skills and aspirations. We also support employers by simplifying access to government incentives, making it easier and more rewarding to hire rehabilitated individuals.
By giving people a fair shot at employment, we help them regain financial stability, rebuild their confidence, and reconnect with their families and communities. Businesses gain access to a reliable, untapped talent pool, while society benefits from lower crime rates and reduced incarceration costs. With N3XUS, a second chance isn’t just an idea—it’s a real path to success.
