There are about 7 million Migrant Workers in Malaysia but due to language barrier, high cost of healthcare, lack of legal documents they are deprived of quality healthcare. If they want to see a doctor in clinic usually have to take a leave without pay often, travel a few miles with a cost. Moreover, those who does not have legal papers face tremendous problem going out to a clinic and see a doctor. The traditional healthcare setup also does not sync with the migrants' culture too, so they feel them isolated often. It is observed and found that due to these problems often they do not see a doctor until they are too weak to work. Some undocumented workers hide their problems in fear of being caught if they go out. Thus, there remains unknow cases of diseases which may spread to local communities too causing a outbreak .

An online web based platform where the migrant workers can consult their native doctors. At the start after registration they can use AI (artificial intelligence) to have basic symptom checker to pre diagnose his/her problem and subsequently book an appointment with the native doctor at a convenient date and time with easy payment options. They get the e prescription online which is visible on their dash board. They are able to order medicines from our partner clinics and pharmacies while can book for tests with clinics and labs. They get medicines at their doorsteps delivered by courier. All these they are able to do using their simple Smartphone they have..

Currently our target population is Migrant Workers in Malaysia from Bangladesh. However, the target will be expanded to other nationalities gradually. The only option for the migrant workers to access healthcare is by going to GP clinics for primary care and to hospitals for tertiary care. But due to language barrier cost and lack of legal documents very often they are not able to access quality healthcare despite the infrastructure. Our platform can be accessed by any migrant anytime anywhere irrespective of status. Moreover they can consult a native doctor who speaks their language. The elimination of language barrier improves the diagnosis thus improve treatment. It helps the workers to remain healthy and increase work output. They are able to work more on overtime subsequently earning extra cash to send to his/her family.
