What specific problem are you solving?
Millions of talented individuals in emerging markets and immigrant communities face steep barriers to accessing quality, affordable, and career-aligned education. Traditional universities are often inaccessible—either due to high tuition, outdated curricula, or geographic limitations. Meanwhile, most EdTech platforms prioritize theoretical content and self-paced learning, offering little real-world mentorship, community engagement, or job placement support. As a result, learners often emerge with credentials but no clear pathway to employment.
At the same time, experienced professionals—particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds—lack the tools, incentives, or platforms to effectively share their skills, mentor others, or build sustainable income streams through teaching. We enable professionals—engineers, analysts, marketers, and more—to teach the skills they use every day, monetize their knowledge, and mentor the next generation. Learners access these programs at affordable rates, gain hands-on experience, join peer communities, and receive personalized support to land roles in tech and business.
Our tech platform (app.enipro.org) hosts asynchronous courses, live workshops, mentorship programs, and talent pipelines. We’ve also built a backend that supports content creation, learner analytics, and community interaction.
What makes ENIPRO unique is its dual-sided marketplace: learners gain actionable career skills and network access, while experts build income and impact. We're building both B2C (direct to learners) and B2B (corporate reskilling and talent matching) streams.
