What specific problem are you solving?
Millions of talented individuals in emerging markets and immigrant communities face steep barriers to accessing quality, affordable, and career-aligned education. Traditional universities are often inaccessible—either due to high tuition, outdated curricula, or geographic limitations. Meanwhile, most EdTech platforms prioritize theoretical content and self-paced learning, offering little real-world mentorship, community engagement, or job placement support. As a result, learners often emerge with credentials but no clear pathway to employment.
At the same time, experienced professionals—particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds—lack the tools, incentives, or platforms to effectively share their skills, mentor others, or build sustainable income streams through teaching. This creates a two-sided gap: learners seeking career advancement but lacking access and guidance, and experts with practical knowledge but no structured way to give back.
Globally, this is contributing to a widening digital skills gap. The World Economic Forum estimates that over 1 billion people will need reskilling by 2030, yet the most underserved communities remain excluded due to systemic inequities in education, opportunity, and access.
ENIPRO solves this talent-access mismatch—ensuring that those with potential are no longer shut out of the future of work because of where they live, what they can afford, or who they kno
What is your solution?
ENIPRO is a creator-powered, job-focused learning platform that connects underrepresented learners to practical, career-aligned education and mentorship. We enable professionals—engineers, analysts, marketers, and more—to teach the skills they use every day, monetize their knowledge, and mentor the next generation. Learners access these programs at affordable rates, gain hands-on experience, join peer communities, and receive personalized support to land roles in tech and business.
Our tech platform (app.enipro.org) hosts asynchronous courses, live workshops, mentorship programs, and talent pipelines. We’ve also built a backend that supports content creation, learner analytics, and community interaction.
What makes ENIPRO unique is its dual-sided marketplace: learners gain actionable career skills and network access, while experts build income and impact. We're building both B2C (direct to learners) and B2B (corporate reskilling and talent matching) streams.
We’ve piloted with enterprise clients like Bet9ja, trained over 2,000 learners through live sessions, and attracted instructors from leading global companies. Our model is inclusive, scalable, and focused on outcomes that matter.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Our solution serves underserved learners seeking upward mobility through tech and business careers - immigrants, youth in emerging markets, and underrepresented minorities. These individuals face barriers of high tuition, limited social capital, and outdated curricula. We provide affordable, practical courses taught by professionals who've overcome similar challenges to build successful careers at global companies.
We also empower instructors - industry experts who want to share knowledge but lack infrastructure or time to build independent platforms. Our system allows them to monetize expertise, provide meaningful mentorship, and establish themselves as community leaders.
For businesses, we connect companies seeking vetted talent with our qualified graduates, while helping organizations invest effectively in workforce development across Africa and diaspora communities.
The impact creates a virtuous cycle:
Learners gain market-relevant skills, supportive community, and job placement
Experts generate additional income while building teaching credentials
Companies access diverse, well-prepared global talent
Beyond education, we're building sustainable career pathways that transform lives, strengthen emerging economies, and reshape the future of work.
