What specific problem are you solving?
We address critical labor shortages in the healthcare sector—particularly elderly and home care—by unlocking untapped low-skilled talent already in the U.S. Globally, aging populations are rapidly increasing, intensifying caregiver demand. In the U.S., nearly 684,600 new home healthcare positions open annually, yet shortages persist due to high turnover (65%), low wages, and limited worker support, causing immense financial and emotional stress for 38 million family caregivers. Meanwhile, over 31 million low-education individuals, including skilled immigrants like former doctors and nurses, remain underemployed or marginalized due to certification barriers and lack of opportunities.
Current governmental and organizational efforts fall short, failing to effectively integrate immigrant and low-skilled talent into the healthcare workforce. For instance, despite Massachusetts allocating millions annually for immigrant integration, fewer than 100 immigrants typically receive meaningful employment training each year. This systemic mismatch contributes to persistent economic inequalities and unmet care needs, ultimately costing healthcare systems nearly $1 trillion annually in lost productivity and preventable care costs.
Our solution directly addresses these systemic failures by strategically bringing, certifying, and efficiently matching immigrant and hidden labor pools with vital care roles, transforming labor shortages into opportunities for economic inclusion and healthcare resilience.
What is your solution?
We develope an AI-powered digital platform that connects untapped immigrant and low-skilled talent with critical home healthcare roles, providing meaningful employment and reliable care. Our solution has three core components:
1. Recruitment & Training:
We partner strategically with immigration centers and community organizations to identify motivated individuals seeking stable employment. Participants enroll in our certified, accessible training programs, gaining essential healthcare skills and credentials.
2. AI-Driven Matching:
Our proprietary technology matches caregivers with clients based on specialized criteria, including language, care expertise (e.g., Alzheimer’s, chronic illness), geographic proximity, and schedule preferences. This real-time, Uber-like matching enhances service quality, job satisfaction, and long-term caregiver retention.
3. Career Empowerment:
Providers benefit from flexibility and optimized earning opportunities through our dynamic scheduling system, performance incentives, and direct client feedback. Continuous skill-development ensures professional growth and sustainability.
By leveraging cutting-edge AI, our platform seamlessly integrates supply (trained caregivers) with growing demand (clients needing care), creating economic inclusion for marginalized communities while transforming the healthcare sector.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Our solution serves two interconnected groups:
1. Marginalized Communities and Low-skilled Workers:
Our primary beneficiaries are marginalized individuals, including low-education workers and former healthcare professionals from other countries who face employment barriers in the U.S. These workers are currently underserved by limited access to formal job opportunities, certifications, language support, and career advancement pathways. Our platform empowers them through accessible, certified training programs, flexible scheduling, fair compensation, and continuous professional development—transforming their economic opportunities and integrating them meaningfully into the healthcare workforce.
2. Families and Individuals Needing Home Care:
We also serve elderly individuals, families managing chronic illnesses (like Alzheimer’s or cancer), and healthcare organizations offering “hospital-at-home” services. Currently, these clients experience significant difficulty accessing reliable, compassionate, and affordable care providers, resulting in family stress, high care costs, and compromised health outcomes. Our AI-powered matching technology efficiently pairs clients with well-trained caregivers who meet their specific medical, linguistic, and cultural needs, delivering quality care, peace of mind, and improved health outcomes.
Ultimately, our solution provides dignity and economic empowerment to caregivers while significantly enhancing the quality and accessibility of home healthcare for vulnerable populations and their families.
