What specific problem are you solving?

Traditional systems rely on standardized training that overlooks individual learning styles, aspirations, and potential. This mismatch leads to disengagement, low retention, and missed opportunities. Users set their career goals, choose an AI coach, and receive structured, adaptive guidance whether for their first job, a role change, or long-term development. This drives performance, reduces costs, and unlocks the full potential of the workforce. We help businesses upskill and reskill their workforce, making them ready for disruptive changes. The platform uses conversational AI combined with psychological profiling (Big 5 traits, Holland Codes), it adjusts in real time based on user progress and feedback, offering practical tasks, follow-ups, and scenario-based coaching that simulate real-life work situations. Users interact with their coach in natural language, get instant feedback. WAI is built using predominantly OpenAI’s GPT models but it is model agnostic, enhanced with vector search (Pinecone), Azure-hosted infrastructure, and a no-code frontend for rapid iteration. It is designed to scale and support diverse user groups. Coaching is available 24/7 and designed to be inclusive, engaging, and cost-effective, delivering the support most people never had access to.
