What specific problem are you solving?
The average adult in North America spends over 8 hours daily on screens, yet audiences feel increasingly disconnected. Mental health struggles are on the rise—1 in 3 women report media consumption negatively impacting their emotional well-being, leading to anxiety, isolation, and burnout. Trust in media is fractured: 36% of U.S. adults express no trust in mainstream media, with the highest levels of distrust among women and non-college graduates. The filmmaking economy is equally strained. A Sundance Institute study found that only 43% of independent filmmakers earn a living solely from their craft—limiting diverse, impact-driven storytelling. Indigenous storytellers, in particular, face persistent systemic barriers to sharing their narratives, despite their communities holding knowledge systems rooted in centuries of oral tradition. This underrepresentation not only perpetuates cultural erasure, it also denies us pathways to collective healing, emotional resilience, and cross-cultural understanding. reGEN Impact Media is responding to this multi-layered crisis by curating regenerative media and empowering Indigenous creators to lead the way. Our platform aligns with the principles of collective social innovation, addressing complex social challenges through relational storytelling, inclusive technology, and data sovereignty—transforming media from a source of disconnection into a powerful catalyst for well-being and cultural reconnection.
What is your solution?
reGEN Impact Media celebrates the sacred return to storytelling—intentional, relational, and regenerative. We transform content into a healing experience, connecting audiences and creators without extraction, distortion, or distraction. Just authentic stories that regenerate hope, realign values, and restore wellness. Guided by a regenerative algorithm rooted in behavioral science and human performance, we support healthier media habits and personalized, nourishing experiences—emotionally, spiritually, and culturally. Our content doesn’t hijack attention; it invites growth, reflection, and reconnection. This is more than a platform—it’s a movement. A return to the sacred medicine of media. A place for underrecognized voices—especially Indigenous storytellers—to lead and be heard. We embed Indigenous data sovereignty at the core. Creators own their stories and their data, preserving cultural continuity and narrative power. With over 2.6 billion people excluded from digital access, reGEN is a possibilities portal—reaching diverse communities with meaningful, accessible media. reGEN is the bridge. A home for stories that heal. A shift from passive consumption to purpose-driven connection. An invitation to co-create the future of media—together.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
reGEN Impact Media serves feminine-identifying individuals who seek intentional media that aligns with their wellness, values, and self-care. These women—mothers, grandmothers, sisters, aunties—are often the backbone of their communities, balancing caregiving, leadership, and cultural roles while navigating a media landscape that contributes to overwhelm and disconnection. A 2019 national survey found that 48% of women reported feeling mentally exhausted by digital content, with many experiencing disrupted sleep, anxiety, and emotional fatigue. Yet emotionally nourishing, solutions-focused media alternatives remain scarce. As Vice President Kamala Harris said, “When you lift up women, you lift up families, you lift up communities, you lift up economies.” reGEN brings this truth to life—offering tools and a walk-beside community that empowers women to reclaim media as a space for healing, connection, and clarity. Our audience knows it’s time to model new narratives for future generations—and reGEN offers a powerful 'how.' We also uplift historically underrecognized storytellers—especially women and Indigenous creators—who face systemic barriers in traditional media. By amplifying their voices and connecting them with aligned audiences, reGEN builds a regenerative ecosystem where storytelling fuels healing, cultural continuity, financial empowerment, and collective resilience.
