What specific problem are you solving?
In today’s workforce, a significant gender gap persists, limiting women’s opportunities to develop and lead. This issue is reflected in:
Lower representation in leadership positions (only 31% of women hold senior management roles).
Wage inequality (women earn on average 16% less than men).
Less participation in business meetings, where women speak 75% less and are interrupted 66% more than men.
This environment restricts their ability to express themselves, lead, and make decisions, impacting both their professional growth and the potential of businesses and the global economy.
What is your solution?
Calificadas App provides AI-powered communication tools to help women in professional settings enhance their public speaking, negotiation, and confidence in expressing themselves. It enables them to participate actively in meetings and decision-making spaces.
By integrating artificial intelligence with public speaking techniques, Calificadas not only helps close the gender gap in communication but also drives workplace equity and professional growth for women in a constantly evolving world.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Calificadas is designed to benefit women in professional settings who face communication barriers that limit their career growth. This includes:
Early-career professionals who need to build confidence and improve their ability to express themselves in meetings and presentations.
Mid-level and senior women leaders who face challenges in asserting themselves, negotiating, and being heard in decision-making spaces.
Entrepreneurs and business owners looking to refine their pitch, communicate their vision effectively, and establish credibility.
Many women struggle with workplace communication due to unconscious biases, frequent interruptions, and a lack of opportunities to develop public speaking skills. Calificadas empowers them with AI-driven feedback and training, helping them gain confidence, articulate their ideas clearly, and take leadership roles.
Beyond individual women, Calificadas also benefits companies and institutions that employ women by fostering more inclusive, diverse, and effective communication in the workplace. Organizations that support women's leadership and communication skills see increased productivity, stronger decision-making, and improved collaboration across teams.
On a larger scale, society as a whole benefits when more women participate actively in leadership, business, and public discourse. Closing the gender communication gap leads to greater economic growth, innovation, and progress toward gender equity, creating a more balanced and prosperous world.
