The global economy is being reshaped by generative AI - but the majority of people and businesses are not ready. While AI tools promise enormous productivity gains, the capability gap is growing, especially for those outside of technical roles or innovation hubs. A 2024 Microsoft/LinkedIn report found that 75% of workers are already using AI, but only 39% have received any training. Without the skills or confidence to use these tools effectively, workers risk being left behind, especially in SMEs, public services, and frontline roles. Many existing solutions focus on technical training or enterprise software adoption, ignoring the human layer of transformation: how people learn, adapt, and use AI in real work. The result is wasted investment, widening inequality, and missed economic opportunity. Atheni solves this by meeting people where they are. We help individuals and teams build lasting capability through personalised, real-time AI coaching that integrates with existing tools. We focus on practical, everyday AI use, not theoretical or technical literacy. Our goal is to make AI a source of inclusive prosperity, not exclusion. Because economic growth in the AI era depends not just on access to technology-but on people being able to use it well.

Atheni is a personalised AI capability system that helps real people learn how to use AI tools - like ChatGPT and Claude - in their actual work. It’s not another tool; it’s the navigator that helps you choose the right AI, use it well, and build confidence as you go. Atheni starts by understanding each user’s context - job role, goals, comfort level - and then guides them step-by-step in using AI for real tasks. From generating content to analysing data or automating admin, Atheni teaches people how to prompt, adapt, and apply AI, in the flow of work. It’s delivered through an intuitive web platform and personal personal dashboard. Under the hood, Atheni uses lightweight onboarding logic, behavioural design, and prompt engineering to offer an adaptive coaching experience that grows with each user. We’re platform-agnostic and privacy-first. Atheni doesn’t track or sell data - it empowers users to learn, experiment, and build momentum safely. The result: individuals become confident AI users, teams unlock productivity gains, and organisations create a culture of continuous learning that supports economic resilience.

Atheni serves people who are being left behind in the AI revolution - not because they lack intelligence or motivation, but because they lack support. Our users are professionals, frontline workers, small business owners, educators, and jobseekers who don’t have access to elite training, tech teams, or personalised onboarding. These individuals are often overwhelmed by the speed of change and unsure how to start. Many work in SMEs, public services, or emerging markets where AI adoption is low but the opportunity is high. They are underserved not only by a lack of training, but by solutions that assume technical fluency and ignore real-world workflows. Atheni changes this by offering step-by-step, personalised AI coaching that builds confidence and practical capability. We meet people where they are - whether they’re writing emails, drafting business plans, analysing data, or managing admin - and help them use AI to work smarter. The impact is immediate and lasting: users gain confidence, time, and economic opportunity, while organisations benefit from a more agile, future-ready workforce. By making AI skills accessible to everyone, we enable broader participation in the new economy - and ensure no one is left behind.
