What specific problem are you solving?
Smallholder farmers—who make up over 80% of the world's farms—face persistent challenges accessing timely, accurate, and personalized agricultural information. In Türkiye alone, over 2.1 million farmers struggle with fragmented advisory services, lack of digital literacy, limited market access, and the increasing impacts of climate change. Globally, this issue affects more than 500 million small-scale farms, which collectively produce one-third of the world’s food.
Most digital agriculture platforms require high digital skills, additional app installations, or internet connectivity that many rural communities lack. Furthermore, traditional extension services are either underfunded, understaffed, or unable to provide personalized guidance at scale.
AgriGO.AI addresses this problem by providing personalized AI-powered advisory services through WhatsApp—an app already widely used by rural communities. It not only offers adaptive advice based on user behavior and location, but also integrates marketplace access, multilingual support, and live expert consultation. By making advanced agricultural support accessible through a familiar platform, AgriGO bridges the gap between underserved farmers and transformative knowledge, enabling them to make data-driven decisions, improve yields, reduce risk, and participate competitively in agricultural markets.
What is your solution?
AgriGO.AI is a smart agricultural assistant powered by artificial intelligence, accessible directly via WhatsApp—no app downloads or technical expertise required.
It serves as a multilingual, interactive advisor providing farmers with personalized guidance based on their location, crops, and past interactions. Using a custom-trained AI model, AgriGO remembers each user’s history and preferences, delivering increasingly relevant and useful advice over time.
Farmers can get help on planting and harvesting schedules, pest and disease management, weather insights, input usage, and market timing. The assistant continuously learns and evolves, acting like a virtual agronomist available 24/7.
AgriGO also includes a built-in marketplace and advertising features, enabling users to buy, sell, and promote agricultural products directly via WhatsApp. Live expert consultations by voice or video are available for users seeking deeper support.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
AgriGO.AI primarily serves smallholder farmers, agricultural workers, and rural communities who often face limited access to expert knowledge, real-time information, and market opportunities. In Türkiye alone, over 2 million farmers—many of them older adults, women, or individuals with limited digital literacy—lack consistent support in managing crop health, adapting to climate change, and selling their products at fair prices. Globally, over 500 million small farms experience similar challenges.
Traditional agricultural advisory systems are often under-resourced and unable to provide timely, personalized, and continuous support to these farmers. Meanwhile, digital platforms remain inaccessible due to complexity, language barriers, or poor internet infrastructure.
AgriGO.AI bridges these gaps by providing personalized AI-powered guidance through a familiar platform: WhatsApp. It is simple, multilingual, and context-aware—designed to support users with varying levels of literacy and technical skill. Beyond advice, AgriGO connects users to experts, market opportunities, and relevant updates that impact their farming decisions.
By empowering farmers with actionable insights and a support system they can trust, AgriGO helps improve productivity, reduce losses, increase income, and build resilience—directly improving the quality of life in underserved rural communities.
