What specific problem are you solving?
An average company of 1 thousand people wastes around $2.5M annually on SaaS and expense management. Companies choose pricey licensing models and don’t track which software they’re paying for and whether employees use licenses they’re buying. Also, companies manually approve and reimburse employees’ expenses – which is inefficient. Most companies manage their stack in Excel. It takes too much manual work, and it’s prone to mistakes.
What is your solution?
Spendbase is an easy-to-use software that allows you to see all your subscriptions in one place, track license usage, spending, and renewals, and get AI-based spending analytics and forecasts. After showing companies a complete picture of their SaaS spending, we do price benchmarking, apply partner discounts, and negotiate better deals with SaaS vendors.
We didn’t stop with optimizing what companies already pay for. At Spendbase, you can manage procurement flow to control future spending on SaaS.
We’re launching virtual banking. On the platform, companies can issue corporate cards with one click, assign them to employees, and set custom spending rules. Companies also get cash back on each transaction, automated approval flows, and reporting.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
We're helping small and medium businesses and startups to free up the money they drastically need for development. These businesses are often using traditional banking solutions and corporate card providers that offer rigid, outdated models with high fees, limited customization, and poor integration capabilities. Many small businesses struggle to access tools that cater to their needs, such as transparent pricing, cross-border payments, and real-time tracking of expenses.
