What specific problem are you solving?
AI and eLearning have transformed education and skill development. However, underinvested populations face significant barriers to accessing these technological innovations, which contributes to lower workforce participation and economic prosperity.
According to the United Nations, there are over 2.6 billion people worldwide without the Internet. Even in “developed” countries like the US, this issue is still prevalent. FCC data shows that 19M Americans—and nearly 1/4 of the population in rural areas—lack access to fixed broadband service.
The digital divide is a key component of the economic opportunity gap that disproportionally affects under-resourced communities. The cost of broadband is out of reach for many individuals. The need for a computing device in addition makes the situation worse.
There is a gap between supply and demand for skilled workers, which has a disparate effect on small and rural businesses that cannot afford higher-priced labor or the infrastructure to train a labor force.
There is an undeniable need for an affordable, reliable, and scalable solution that can expand access to digital skill-based training and increase qualified workforce participation, not only for those who lack digital access, but also to ensure the resiliency of the entire global workforce against increasing conflict- and climate-driven disruptions.
What is your solution?

Businesses, especially rural and small, can offer affordable workforce development for current and future-ready skills, as well as safety and compliance programs.
It supports upskilling for women, minorities, and underserved communities who might otherwise be left behind.
Field workers and deployed military personnel can access just-in-time (JIT) learning and instructions for complex equipment/operations.
Emergency-response organizations can provide training without internet, computers, or power—critical during disasters.
Prisons and juvenile detention centers can use it for reentry-focused upskilling or mindset programs, without internet risks.
Less-tech-savvy adult learners and individuals with disabilities benefit from platform accessibility features and ZenLight, a personalized learning guide.
iZen-LEAP offers significant socio-cultural benefits and has the potential to transform schools, organizations, and communities globally.
