The problem we’re solving is the major disconnect between investors and startups in the private market. Most startups and entrepreneurs can’t find the right investors or even get the chance to raise the funds they need. They waste time pitching to people who aren’t aligned with their stage, risk tolerance, or funding expectations which leads to frustration, burnout, and missed opportunities. On the other side, investors are flooded with pitches that don’t fit their criteria. They struggle to filter and find companies that match their goals, industry focus, or risk appetite. The process is time-consuming and often leads to poor decision-making or delayed action. The bigger issue is that the whole system is fragmented.
