What specific problem are you solving?
eLearning and AI have transformed the way we learn. However, according to the United Nations, there are more than 2.6 billion people worldwide without access to the Internet. Furthermore, UNICEF reports that two-thirds of the world’s school-age children—or 1.3 billion youth aged 3 to 17—do not have internet connection at home. Even in “developed” countries like the US, this issue is still prevalent. FCC data shows that 19M Americans—and nearly 1/4 of the population in rural areas—lack access to fixed broadband service. The digital divide is complicated to solve. The cost of broadband is out of reach for many families. High-speed internet lines are scarce in rural areas. The need for a computing device in addition to the internet for digital learning makes the situation worse. Emergency situations and geopolitical conflicts that affect internet access are frequent. Additionally, there is a lack of learner engagement and outcome-oriented training content. There is an undeniable need for an affordable, accessible, engaging, and scalable solution that addresses the concerns that are a daily reality for half of the world’s population. Such a solution can have a long-lasting impact on education and training so that no one is left behind.
What is your solution?
iZen-LEAP (Learning Engagement and Access Platform) is iZen’s comprehensive and inclusive solution to unleash learning to educate, upskill, and empower learners on any device, anywhere. It includes the following components: Cloud-Based Learning Management System (LMS): Delivers scalable and structured learning experiences. Hands-On-Learning Ecosystem: Tools like CyberLab, Virtual Programming Lab, and AI Experience Center support learning-by-doing. ZenLight: AI-powered, personal learning assistant with text and voice interface, built into the LMS. ZenLight combines Generative-AI, a self-reflective agentic-AI framework, to create personalized, gamified, and engaging learning experiences. iZen-LEAP-Box: A compact, portable, plug-and-play device that delivers a world-class digital learning experience—even in environments without internet access, computers, or infrastructure-power. Without a computer or internet: The Box can connect to any TV or display and be navigated using a wireless mouse. Learners can seamlessly switch between online (cloud) and offline (Box) usage. iZen-Academy: Delivers job-oriented skill-development programs in emerging tech and trade fields like AI, Cybersecurity, and Solar Technician. These accessible programs are delivered via iZen-LEAP using gamified content, interactive simulations, case studies, and scenario-games for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
The iZen-LEAP is widely applicable, offering flexible options for those with constraints and delivering education and training for anyone, anywhere—making eLearning more equitable, engaging, and effective. Based on customer discovery and feedback, iZen-LEAP has many impactful use cases: Schools can use it to bridge the digital divide and provide eLearning for all students. Students without internet at home can learn offline using the iZen-LEAP-Box and sync their progress with the school’s LMS once they return to campus. Businesses, especially rural and small, can offer affordable workforce development for current and future-ready skills, as well as safety and compliance programs. It supports upskilling for women, minorities, and underserved communities who might otherwise be left behind. Field workers and deployed military personnel can access just-in-time (JIT) learning and instructions for complex equipment/operations. Emergency-response organizations can provide training without internet, computers, or power—critical during disasters. Prisons and juvenile detention centers can use it for reentry-focused upskilling or mindset programs, without internet risks. Less-tech-savvy adult learners and individuals with disabilities benefit from platform accessibility features and ZenLight, a personalized learning guide. iZen-LEAP offers significant socio-cultural benefits and has the potential to transform schools, organizations, and communities globally.
