What specific problem are you solving?
To truly understand why we chose this mission, we must reflect on the journey of Saudi women. For generations, opportunities were scarce. They weren't given equal chances in the workplace, nor freedom to move through life on their own terms. They couldn't drive, travel alone, or even step outside without a male guardian. These restrictions didn't just limit movement; they shaped mindsets. They kept countless talented, intelligent, and ambitious women from realizing their potential. Without the same exposure as men, many women lacked the confidence and skills needed to step into the workforce. With reforms led by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, a new era has begun. Women are now encouraged to work, lead, and contribute to the country's economy. A year ago, we witnessed this gap between opportunity and readiness. We saw women with potential held back by systems designed for yesterday's realities. We made a promise to bridge this divide. And with that promise, Saudiaat.com was born. Today, while women represent 33% of the Saudi labor market, most remain confined to entry-level positions. Many are excluded from roles requiring 5+ years of experience—not for lack of capability, but because traditional resumes fail to capture their potential.

Our platform uses AI to read and translate resumes between Arabic and English, generate fair and objective skills assessments, and detect cheating to ensure credibility. By focusing on proven competencies rather than traditional metrics, we help women showcase their abilities even without formal experience or polished resumes. The platform offers: AI-powered job matching connects employers with qualified candidates based on skills and capabilities rather than traditional metrics like years of experience. AI-generated assessments evaluating actual capabilities for specific roles. AI evaluates responses while also having human experts review them to continuously improve the algorithm's accuracy. Expert interview opportunities for top-performing candidates (top 10%) in a structured interview format, providing employers with pre-vetted talent who demonstrate capabilities beyond what's visible on a resume. Comprehensive training programs including online courses, in-person workshops, and personalized coaching to prepare women for interviews and workplace success. With 31,450 job seekers, Saudiaat has facilitated 305 interviews and 55 job offers in six months. The platform has 137 registered employers who posted 787 job listings, while providing 1,224 women with online training and 721 with in-person coaching. Saudiaat offers a holistic solution that bridges cultural barriers and builds confidence for women entering the workforce.

Saudiaat impacts their lives by: • Providing AI-powered job matching that recognizes capabilities beyond traditional metrics, ensuring women aren’t overlooked for lack of experience. • Offering personalized coaching and training to build confidence and workplace skills, helping women thrive in professional environments. • Creating a supportive community through ambassador programs and workshops, fostering a network of encouragement and growth. • Providing AI productivity tools that overcome language barriers, empowering women to communicate effectively in professional settings. • Advocating with employers to create inclusive workplaces that respect cultural choices and support diverse hiring practices. For example, Dina, a recent graduate in Riyadh, struggled to find work due to her lack of formal experience. Through Saudiaat’s AI-driven assessments and personalized coaching, she was able to prove her skills and secure her first job as a software tester. Saudiaat unlocks opportunities like Dina’s for thousands of Saudi women, creating pathways to success.
