What specific problem are you solving?
We are solving the problem of limited access to high‑yield, stable investment opportunities for passive investors in Bangladesh. Locally, 40–50 million households and over 10 million bank depositors earn average deposit rates of 5–7%, which fail to outpace inflation (~6%). Globally, over 200 million emerging‑market savers face similar barriers—high entry costs, regulatory complexity, currency risk, and lack of trustworthy channels—preventing them from diversifying into assets like U.S. real estate. In Bangladesh alone, an estimated 2M individuals are investing in the stock market which gives them low‑yield savings. By providing a fully managed, 10%‑down pathway into U.S. property—with end‑to‑end sourcing, financing, closing, and management—we unlock a market with millions of underserved investors, channeling potentially hundreds of millions in foreign direct investment into the U.S. while delivering real returns and diversification to our clients.
What is your solution?
Our solution is a digital platform that lets Bangladeshi investors buy US rental properties easily and earn steady income. With just a 10% down payment of $10k+, investors can own a property and make $700+ monthly in rent. Monthly $700 is a handsome amount for a middle class family in Bangladesh.
Here’s how it works:
- Buying Made Simple: We find the property, arrange financing, and handle the closing process.
- Hands-Off Management: We manage tenants and upkeep, so investors don’t lift a finger.
- Track Everything Online: Investors use our platform to monitor earnings and property performance anytime.
The platform uses secure technology for payments and management, ensuring a smooth experience. It’s designed to help investors grow wealth without the stress of traditional real estate, all through an easy-to-use online system.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Our solution serves Bangladeshi investors, particularly middle to upper-middle-class individuals who are financially literate and seeking higher returns and passive income. These investors are eager to diversify their portfolios but are underserved by local options. For instance, Bangladeshi stocks yield only 5.54%, and real estate offers a mere 3.88%, often requiring active management. Regulatory barriers and the complexity of foreign investments limit their access to international markets.
Our platform addresses these needs by providing a simple, hands-off way to invest in US real estate, where properties can generate up to 50% cash-on-cash returns. We manage everything—sourcing, financing, and property management—eliminating the hassle of traditional real estate. This delivers higher financial gains and peace of mind, empowering investors to achieve long-term financial security and economic empowerment while overcoming local market limitations.
