In our pursuit of resilient, sustainable crops, we discovered tiger nuts—a hardy plant that thrives in arid conditions while reducing both carbon and water footprints. This breakthrough offers a powerful solution to combat desertification and promote environmental sustainability. However, agricultural innovation must be paired with technological and economic support. That’s why we’ve partnered with local professors to explore tiger nuts’ taste, texture, and nutritional potential.

We have pioneered the use of unique raw materials like odourless, non-GMO soybeans and nutrient-rich tiger nuts to create premium dairy-free products. Using AI detection, we select soybean strains naturally lacking the enzyme responsible for beany aftertaste. Through natural breeding, we develop soybeans that are odourless, non-GMO, and potentially functional—offering benefits like cholesterol reduction.
For tiger nuts, our patented enzymatic extraction technology boosts yield and enhances creaminess, smoothness, and viscosity—ideal for beverages, including coffee. These innovations ensure a superior sensory experience and improved nutritional profile.
Our flagship product, TIGA MILK, is the only plant-based milk that blends tiger nuts, soybeans, and oats.
