What specific problem are you solving?
1. In Indonesia, 20% of early childhood face speech delay, and 75% of school-age children struggle with basic reading skills. However, resources are limited—there are only around 3,000 speech therapists nationwide, which means 1 speech therapist for 2,047 children. At this rate, it would take almost 100 years to solve this problem. 2. Globally, between 2.3% and 24.6% of school-age children experience speech delay or speech sound disorders, while 5% to 15% have learning disorders.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Our primary beneficiaries are children with communication and learning challenges, including: 1. Children with learning diversities: Those with speech sound disorders and learning disorders. 2. Children in underserved areas: Those with limited access to speech therapists and early intervention programs. 3. Parents & Caregivers: Families seeking effective and accessible speech therapy solutions. 4. Schools & Educators: Schools that lack specialized support for children with communication and learning issues. By reaching them early, Birru unlocks their potential to thrive at home, in school, and in society.
