What specific problem are you solving?
Enterprises in Latin America struggle to measure and reduce their carbon emissions, mainly because over 80% of their carbon footprint comes from their supply chain. Their suppliers, mainly SMEs, lack the tools, knowledge, or financing to implement sustainable solutions. Without clear data, companies cannot meet regulatory requirements or sustainability commitments. Globally, supply chain emissions account for 70% of corporate carbon footprints, yet most companies lack access to measure their carbon emissions, and the few that do have little to none access or resources to decarbonization technologies.
What is your solution?
Bono is a SaaS platform that simplifies carbon footprint measurement, connects companies with decarbonization solutions, and unlocks financing to drive action. Enterprises use Bono to map their emissions, while their supply chain gains access to cost-effective sustainability solutions specific to their operations. The platform integrates data automation, AI-driven insights, and a marketplace of vetted providers offering technologies like energy efficiency, fleet electrification, and process optimization. By combining emissions tracking with real-world implementation tools, Bono accelerates the transition to net zero across entire value chains.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Bono serves industries that must decarbonize to meet global climate goals. Large enterprises rely on their supply chains to reduce emissions, but suppliers often lack the resources or motivation to act. Bono bridges this gap by making decarbonization accessible and actionable, ensuring companies can adopt cleaner technologies without financial or technical barriers. By enabling entire industries to transition to sustainable operations, Bono directly contributes to limiting global warming to 2°C, making a measurable impact on climate change mitigation.
