This shortage is intensified by geographic, logistical, and institutional barriers that limit access to quality, hands-on training, especially in rural and underserved areas. As nations race to meet climate targets and implement sustainable technologies, the growing gap between policy ambition and workforce readiness poses a significant threat to progress.

ecoTRN delivers a scalable, immersive solution to the green skills gap through virtual reality (VR) training. By shifting up to 80% of traditional training into VR, learners gain hands-on experience with renewable energy systems anytime, anywhere—removing geographic and logistical barriers.
