What specific problem are you solving?
Globally, 1.3 billion people live with a disability, a 16% of the world’s population (WHO, 2023). In Latin America, over 50% of people with disabilities are unemployed (World Bank, 2020), and those who are employed earn 11% less than their peers without disabilities. These disparities are fueled by limited access to quality education, digital skills, and inclusive employment pathways.
The problem is particularly deep in Latin America, where social inequality, low accessibility standards, and lack of corporate inclusion perpetuate economic exclusion. The situation worsens for women, migrants, and people with intersecting vulnerabilities.
Without intervention, millions of people with disabilities across the region will remain excluded from meaningful economic participation. The root causes include barriers in education, workplace discrimination, digital exclusion, and lack of inclusive training models.
Inclusive Endeavors implements Incluyeme.com, a tech-enabled solution that creates inclusive pathways to training, employment, and entrepreneurship, empowering people with disabilities in Latin America to participate in the economy and reshape their future.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Incluyeme.com directly benefits people with disabilities across Latin America who face systemic barriers to employment, education, and financial inclusion. These individuals are often excluded from mainstream training programs, digital platforms, and labor markets due to structural inequality and lack of accessibility.
Our primary beneficiaries include people with all types of disabilities, many of whom are also part of other underrepresented groups, such as women, migrants, and youth. They often lack access to inclusive education, professional development, and networks that can support their economic participation.
Incluyeme.com provides free, accessible, tech-based opportunities for upskilling, career guidance, employment matching, and entrepreneurship support. These programs are offered at no cost to beneficiaries and are co-designed with the community to ensure cultural relevance and real impact.
By offering personalized training, mentoring, job placement tools, and a supportive digital community, we help participants build confidence, generate income, and develop long-term career paths. Our approach promotes empowerment over dependency and inclusion over isolation.
This solution also benefits companies and communities by building a more diverse, equitable, and accessible labor market, where people with disabilities can contribute to economic and social development.
