What specific problem are you solving?
The humanitarian aid sector faces critical challenges: high overhead costs, lack of transparency, and long delivery times that delay assistance for months. These issues especially harm underdeveloped regions, where 1.7 billion unbanked individuals face exclusion from vital support systems. Traditional centralized aid organizations—like the World Food Program—often have high overhead (e.g., 36%) and struggle to reach remote communities. AidOS addresses these gaps with a decentralized, transparent, and cost-effective system tailored to vulnerable populations. It’s operational in Afghanistan and tested in Türkiye, serving over 544,000 people, and is expanding to high-need countries like Sudan, Syria, Ethiopia, and Yemen. Our goal is to reach 100 million people within a decade. Currently used by 13 nonprofits, AidOS helps partners identify beneficiaries, fundraise effectively, and launch targeted campaigns—resulting in a 1.9x increase in funds raised within six months. Through OMID (Hope) IDs, beneficiaries are securely verified by local community workers. The Atalan (Heroes) Network ensures fast, community-led aid delivery—similar to gig-based platforms. Real-time tracking gives donors transparency. Aid is delivered in under 72 hours with just 5% overhead, transforming humanitarian assistance into a faster, more equitable system.
What is your solution?
AidOS.com is a B2B SaaS platform designed to streamline and scale humanitarian aid efforts globally. Organizations select modules—Omid ID, Marketplace, Atalan, Campaign+, and DirectAid—which are then customized to their needs and regions. Aid delivery begins with Omid IDs: secure digital identities linked to QR codes that provide instant access to recipient profiles, protecting privacy while reducing fraud and misidentification. Aid is fulfilled through the Atalan Network—a decentralized system of trusted local members who deliver assistance within 48 hours. The Atalan App supports this, letting donors track delivery and assign aid, improving transparency and speed. DirectAid Beta allows for customized aid packages tailored to individual needs, enhancing dignity and efficiency. Ferni Technology powers secure backend transactions, ensuring minimal fund leakage with a flat 2.9% processing fee. With the Campaign+ module, organizations can turn their own website into their own GoFundMe fundraising tool. This empowers communities to launch campaigns, with funds going directly into the organization's AidOS account for immediate use. Real-time tracking, impact reports, and proof of delivery are built in. AidOS offers secure, mobile-first tools for fund management, donor tracking, and impact reporting across B2B and B2G sectors.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Our solution serves non-profits, NGOs, iNGOs, Multilateral/UN organizations in transforming their entire Aid operations from where funds are raised all the way to the last-mile delivery to those that they are helping. The current list of clients include 13 organizations including charities, private foundations and pilots with the UN in multiple locations. Pretty much every industry has a standard fully developed operating system that helps organizations process their work, e.g. SAP in the finance world, Salesforce in the ERP world etc. AidOS as it stands can serve all the needs of a non-profit all the way from fundraising to the distribution and reporting back to corporate or individual donors. AidOS supports non-profits serving vulnerable groups often excluded from traditional aid—such as women-headed households under restrictive regimes, families with young children, people with disabilities, the unbanked, and remote communities. These populations face barriers like lack of ID, limited mobility, and poor infrastructure, especially after disasters. AidOS provides secure digital identities (Omid IDs), direct local delivery through the Atalan Network, and access to financial tools—ensuring faster, more accountable, and dignified aid for those most in need.
