Adrian Vogler is CEO and Founder of StratWorX, a German start-up whose mission it is to digitalise HR on a AI-powered cognitive computing platform. He is member of the Peter Drucker Society Europe and engaged in “Horizon 2020”, which is the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme. He graduated at the Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences in 1987 as with a diploma in public administration. Vogler has 30 years of experience in the public sector, labour market services, gathered in various roles at the German Federal Employment Agency. He held positions in project management for strategic enterprise scale projects and IT-business line management, where he especially focused on competence management and career planning of 250 IT-experts and knowledge transfer. In his time as IT-architect he was responsible for strategic product decisions of the German Federal Employment Agency.
