Since November 2022, Bobbi Silten has been the Interim Co-CEO of FSG as the organization searches for a new leader. FSG is a global nonprofit consulting firm that partners with foundations and corporations to create equitable systems change. Prior to this role, she was the Managing Director of the Shared Value Initiative, a division of FSG and a global community of leaders who find business solutions for societal challenges.

Previously, Bobbi spent 12 years at Gap Inc. where she most recently served as Executive Vice President, Global Talent & Sustainability. She joined Gap Inc. as the head of Gap Foundation. Prior to joining Gap Inc., Bobbi spent a decade at Levi Strauss & Co., with her last five years as President of Dockers U.S. She began her career in advertising and was with Foote, Cone & Belding/SF for 11 years.

Bobbi co-founded and chaired Reimagining Service and was a founding board member of the Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety. In 2011, she was appointed by President Obama to serve on the White House Council for Community Solutions. In 2020-21, she co-chaired the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Systemic Inequalities and Social Cohesion.
