Former Community Relations Officer, Economic Prosperity, Solve

Caroline Federal was a Community Relations Officer for Solve’s Economic Prosperity pillar. In this role, she supported a network of innovators, problem solvers, and cross-sector leaders to advance solutions for the future of work and equal opportunity in an increasingly digital economy. Prior to joining Solve, Caroline worked at the Clinton Global Initiative, where she facilitated the engagement of multi-lateral organizations and foreign governments in developing Commitments to Action and attending CGI events. Her previous professional experiences include The Carter Center, political campaigns, a brief encounter with ornithology, several years in the service industry, and research at anthropological field schools in the Alaskan Arctic and Ecuadorian Amazon. Caroline holds a MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA from Appalachian State University. Originally from North Carolina, she enjoys bluegrass and grits, and authentically uses the word “y’all”.
