Director of Product Management, Motorola Solutions

Chris is the Director of Product Management at Motorola Solutions, joining via the acquisition of his company Callyo in 2020. Chris founded Callyo in 2009 to provide law enforcement investigators in Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) units with better mobile technology to apprehend child predators. Callyo grew to become the largest SaaS platform for mobile digital evidence collection and later launched 10-21 Police Phone to help police officers communicate more effectively with the public. Today, 10-21 is the leading public safety mobile app serving 1 in 5 officers across over 50% of agencies in North America. Additionally, Chris launched products such as the Nectar app to connect police to citizens safely via video calls at the start of COVID-19, as well as and i911, which locates over 20 boaters in distress each day via SMS for the U.S. Coast Guard. Chris holds over 60 patents in public safety technology, from safer methods of hostage negotiations to virtual numbers in intelligence operations. He earned a Master’s in Education Technology from Harvard University and Bachelor’s in Business from The Wharton School. If he’s not behind his computer, you’ll find him fishing the waters in St. Petersburg, Florida.
