Twenty-two years ago Dana Stepp was invited to work under the pioneers of the Silicon Valley, Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard, at HP. It was the best decision of her life! In her work at HP, Dana has studied all things from Application Specific Integrated Circuits to Printer Cartridges to Personal Computers to building databases, to advancing analytical thinking in marketing, to Omni-Distribution strategies, always with the intention on how-to provide more value to customers. Today, Dana is working in HP’s Education Vertical market organization, where she is passionately studying the role of schools in developing human capital and employability of young adults.
