Deborah is the Força Meninas Founder, a social entrepreneur and a researcher on Gender, Leadership and the Future of Education and an experienced community manager.

The last four years, she has been working in a social impact startup focused on carrying out transformative experiences that awaken in girls the importance of expressing their full potential. Recognized in 2018 by Facebook, as one of the 104 most relevant leaders in impact communities in the world.

The Força Meninas initiative has already formed corporate partnerships with companies such as P&G, Uber and Original Bank. The projects have already reached more than 43 thousand girls in eleven states, eighteen cities in Brazil.

Deborah discovered the social issue addressed by the initiative when She did volunteering in recognized institutions as Girls Scout Ireland, Plan International Ireland, Girls Leadership/US. The solution was prototype after immersive workshops with more than two thousand girls in Brazil and focus groups with their parents.

A technology enthusiast, an experienced community manager and digital strategist, she had worked for more than twelve years for big companies such as Walmart.com and Natura.co with a background in IT companies.
Deborah believes in change the world like a girl, rising up together.
