Iva is the founder and CEO of Humans in the Loop, a social enterprise which provides conflict-affected people in the Balkans and the Middle East with annotation jobs in the Artificial Intelligence Industry. She is passionate about using technology for good and building AI which is ethical and diverse. She was named Forbes 30 under 30 in her country in 2018 and is an alumna of Ashoka's ChangemakerXchange. She holds a degree in Human Rights from Columbia University.
