Janine Kamwene is a senior manager on PayPal’s corporate communications team where she focuses on the company’s social impact initiatives, including its $535M commitment to advance racial economic equity and support Black and underserved businesses. Prior to joining PayPal, Kamwene led communications for Honey, a leading online shopping and technology platform, which was acquired by PayPal in 2020. Earlier in her career, Kamwene worked for several global PR agencies where she provided strategic counsel to a diverse set of Fortune 500 companies to drive corporate reputation and fuel business growth. Janine holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
