Lisa Neuberger Fernandez is a Managing Director at Accenture leading Strategy and Innovation for Corporate Citizenship. She oversees global, cross-functional teams and networks tackling environmental and societal challenges with innovation and frontier technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence, extended reality). Her teams publish actionable insights to accelerate impact such as the 2020 Social Innovators Guidebook, Inclusive Future of Work: A Call to Action, and New Skills Now, and shape the company’s non-financial reporting approach and goals.

A social innovator, Lisa has a track record of managing diverse teams to launch new models including NGO consulting with New Sector Alliance (www.newsector.org), a patented SROI model called Public Service Value, a Sustainability consulting practice, and an initiative to upskill and accelerate the impact of Social Innovators. She loves nurturing innovative teams as advisor to Save the Children, Year Up, REDF, Accenture Labs, Solutions for Youth Employment, mentor with Unreasonable Future, and judge with MIT Solve, Georgetown University.

With graduate degrees from Wharton Business School and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, she gained public sector experience early in her career interning at the White House, U.S. Senate, and OECD. She enjoys sunshine, tennis and biking with her family in Florida.
