Latin America, where he leads the
post-pandemic modernization and digital transformation strategy , supporting governments and institutions of basic and
higher education. Luciano is responsible for the development of skills and capacities of the
future that allow the empowerment of new generations of students, teachers and
institutions to face the new needs raised in this era. Luciano
is a recognized speaker in the industry where he has participated in numerous
events, panels, social media, sharing his experiences. Luciano has been
at Microsoft for 19 years in different leadership roles where he has built high-level teams
commercial, marketing and technical impact on a national and international scale. Luciano
has extensive experience in consultative technology development and
process transformation . Prior to Microsoft, Luciano developed his professional career at Accenture and
was COO of Bionexo.com. He has a degree in economics from the University of Buenos
Aires and an MBA from UCEMA. Luciano has completed 6 IRONMAN tests
