Teach First Ambassador (alumna) Ndidi Okezie’s leadership trajectory took her from a trainee English teacher to assistant principal over the course of ten years at two London schools. As a teacher, Ndidi witnessed firsthand the power of transformational school leadership and was compelled to find a path to ensuring as many students as possible were receiving a truly excellent education. In her current role as Executive Director of Delivery at Teach First, she oversees the implementation of Teach First’s programmatic efforts, enabling the organization’s teachers and alumni to impact thousands of students throughout England and Wales.
