Rita Kimani is a Co-founder of FarmDrive, an enterprise committed to improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers in Africa by using new data driven technology to increase the availability of capital.
Kimani is a young ambitious changemaker and entrepreneur who strives to make a positive impact in the world and defy every boundary that society has defined for women. She holds a First Class Honours BSc. in Computer Science from University of Nairobi, has expertise in conceptualizing and designing solutions for emerging economies and fostering scalable innovations, and is a data nerd. Kimani is also a UN Young Leader for the Sustainable Development Goals and believes that the youth are key to achieving the SDGs.
