Sheila joined Living Goods after nine years at The Clinton Health Access Initiative where she led the design and implementation of digital health program initiatives working jointly with country governments, donor organizations and implementing partners in Africa. As a technology advocate, she has participated in global forums spearheading the global agenda on digital health for sustainable impact. Sheila holds a Bsc. in Business Technology from Strathmore University and a Masters in Global Business Administration from The United Stated International University, Africa.
