Sherry Graziano

Head of Digital and Care Center Banking, Truist

Sherry Graziano is head of Digital and Care Center Banking for Truist. She is responsible for delivering client- centric experiences, multi-channel acceleration, innovation strategy, and delivery for retail, small business and wealth clients. Her team drives digital adoption and engagement through distinctive interactions with a combination of technology and touch to build trusted client relationships.

Prior to her current role, Graziano served as director of digital commerce, leading the implementation of client- facing digital growth strategies. She previously held positions in mortgage including retail loan consultant, sales strategist, operations leader, and transformation leader. Graziano has served in banking for more than 20 years.

HousingWire Magazine recently recognized Graziano as a top Woman of Influence in the industry. She has shared her expertise with top media outlets including CNBC, MSNBC, Wall Street Journal, National Mortgage News, and Realtor.com.

Graziano earned her bachelor's degree from University of Florida and master's degree from Rollins College. She co-chairs the Women@Truist, a business resource group focused on the professional development of women. She is a member of CHIEF, Womens50, and serves on the board of directors at BAI. She is active with the Human Rights Campaign, and is passionate about creating inclusive work environments.
