To harmonize the power point presentations training manuals (videos, hard copy and audios) to power quality education.

Pitch us on your solution

The existing problem is inadequate quality of education in Latin America and the Caribbean which is caused by usage of un harmonized primary, Secondary and tertiary education training Manuals into PowerPoint presentations(videos, audios and Hard copy)

Firstly, I will establish a Board for creating PowerPoint  Presentations. The board will include best teachers from best schools subject wise and government representative to harmonize training manuals based on curriculum

Verification and approval committee  followed. the committee will involve education officers, key education stakeholders and  best teachers for various subjects.

A Training and distribution center will be used for distributing training manuals and training teachers on how to use the PowerPoint videos, audios and hard copy to the learners.

The use of technology will  simplify teaching, leaning, motivate teachers to teach easily and learners to learn with motivations   which will broaden pathways for employment and teach multidisciplinary expertise with skills and increase economy and productivity to the region

What is the problem you are solving?

The scale of the problem in the communities I work for is relatively big compared to the Latin America and the Caribbean  However,

About 8,247,000 children in Tanzania are enrolled in primary education, which is about 80 percent of total pupils in the nation. On average, 86.5 percent of Tanzania's primary school aged children are enrolled,  In 2009, 49.4 percent of the 999,070 students who sat for standard 7 exams received passing marks only

The secondary and primary schools that perform highest in the national examinations employ better-trained teachers, including experienced graduates. Higher pay and efficient school management attract the higher qualified teachers to non-government schools and seminaries. Of all teachers who have a university degree, 58 percent work in non-government schools, and of all Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science graduates with education degrees, 75 percent are absorbed in this sector. Most of the rest teach in government schools,

The contribution factors in our community are the same  also as  Latin America and the Caribbean we face the problem of inadequate quality education in our country due to the groups : girls against boys, people who are poor and those are rich, people with disabilities and rural versus urban

Who are you serving?

currently we are doing Training  primary and Secondary schools leavers  computer technologies to meet fifth president requirements of industrialization with proper man power . in Tanzania we have what is called EPZ (Export Processing  Zones ) where by industries are built and  people will be employed in that industries, Therefore we do cover the gap of ICT training within the zones

also we expect to establish the same project we advise  to implement in Latin America and Caribbean at Kisalawe District late this year.

the Solution will meet beneficiaries needs for implementation of the Idea which will open a widen skills and employment within the region for Education sector to produce best expertise in  multidisciplinary which led change lives of the people in Latin America and Caribbean

What is your solution?

The technology I expect to use is ICT, or information and communications technology (or technologies), is the infrastructure and components that enable modern computing.

where by  systems that combined allow people and organizations (i.e., businesses, nonprofit agencies, governments  to interact in the digital world.

Components of an ICT system

ICT encompasses both the internet-enabled sphere as well as the mobile one powered by wireless networks. It also includes antiquated technologies, such as landline telephones, radio,printers/photocopiers,projectors, and television broadcast -- all of which are still widely used today alongside cutting-edge ICT pieces such as artificial intelligence and roboti

ICT's societal and economic impact

ICT is leveraged for economic, societal and interpersonal transactions and interactions. ICT has drastically changed how people work, communicate, learn and live. Moreover, ICT continues to revolutionize all parts of the human experience as first computers and now robots do many of the tasks once handled by humans. For example, computers once answered phones and directed calls to the appropriate individuals to respond; now robots not only can answer the calls, but they can often more quickly and efficiently handle callers' requests for services.

ICT's importance to economic development and business growth has been so monumental, in fact, that it's credited with ushering in what many have labeled the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Therefore the use of technology in the region will make big changes to lives of the people in Latin America and Caribbean to revolutionize the region educational wise with clear prosperity  and development to the people
