Engage mankind by creating experiential, multi-sensory programs and experiences (live and virtual events, platforms for artists to create) 

Elevate mankind to consciously use their minds, and develop supportive habits (justLOVE in action, alignment with responsible brands and services)

What specific problem are you solving?

Reduce and minimize the affects and effects of beliefs that are antithetical to justLOVE.

Our efforts will span across three pillars:  social, economical, environmental impact within key markets across the US:  Atlanta, Baltimore, Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, Minneapolis, and New York City.

Who does your project serve, and in what ways is the project impacting their lives?

Since we live in a world of duality, this project serves target audiences on both ends of the spectrum - those that operate in love and those that don't.  It will be a vibration that lifts humanity and thus the human spirit.  

Saturating key markets with justLOVE via an integrated marketing strategy (branding, tools, and experiences), will help minimize and drown out propaganda.  Currently, there is space for all types of hatred, biases and discriminatory behaviors, but no one, unified, the underlying message to combat the impact of these behaviors.  

Consistent unwavering messaging is critical. There is research that supports the power of repetition, and how that creates the ability to create new conscious behaviors. 

The campaign will be an open invitation for creators to engage and mobilize the community around the messaging of justLOVE - in words and deeds. Respective bodies of work will speak directly to the theme of justLOVE.

Science backs the positive impact of art and music; it's positive increased mental health effects for younger generations as well as those met battling symptoms of dementia and alzheimer's.  Implementing justLOVE, not only provides an individual to allow justLOVE to be governing and guiding principle, it promotes wholeness.

How did you come up with your project?

The idea in part stems from being pushed outside my comfort zone by a friend during the onset of Covid-19.  Aware of childhood aspirations to become a radio personality, he all but demanded I start my own show on his online radio-station.  The trial-by-fire experience began with what would be a personality/hostname.  Immediately I thought of “justLOVE,” as the energy I wanted to exude and my intentions.  Each week, I found deep-joy curating a playlist to help listeners recall better-days. Lovingly articulated reminders to resolve to operate-in-love proved worthwhile, as texts from listeners became evident that justLOVE as an overarching ideology helped change lives for the better. 

The energy of two words in action produced healing vibrations. Two governing principles intentionally joined together; so there’s no room for error.  The word “just” as an adjective, is synonymous with fair, open-minded, and non-discriminatory; as an adverb; perfectly, altogether and trustworthy. Purposely typed in lowercase, a subtle reminder to yield to higher aspects of "LOVE" - more importantly, to willingly place another’s interest above your own. This sense of responsibility and accountability creates a love that will have you say-what-you-mean, and mean-what-you-say - in words and deed.

Why are you passionate about your project?

I am passionate about this work simply because it can help to elevate mankind.  In spirit, there was never a time that man was not, and thus we are spiritual beings having human experiences.  It is our collective responsibility to advance mankind forward.  


Why are you well-positioned to deliver this project?

I am a creative results-oriented professional with over two decades of Marketing & Sales experience including project management within the Spirits and Entertainment industries.  Creating engaging, multi-sensory experiences, developing new product launches, increasing brand awareness, and brand visibility via full-scale event production from conception to implementation comes second nature.  Strong negotiation and people savvy skills yield high-performance levels, a clear vision to plan or anticipate the unseen and the ability to implementing projects timely and within budget keep me client-centric - consistently exceeding expectations as a leader or an integral collaborative member of a team. 

Honest, considerate, consistent, and confident are a few of my interpersonal skills that are my way of thriving and being - personally and professionally.  I have relevant contacts and relationships to secure and create the wow-factor visuals, assets, and experiences required for this campaign to ultimately garner the recognition it is worthy of. 

Provide an example of your ability to overcome adversity.

Not having direction, tools, or even a large database of music, being dedicated to producing the radio show was definitely a challenge every week.  Coupled with that frustration, my friend that pushed me to create it, did not have any compassion for the challenges I was met with.  All he cared about was having a quality show.  Somehow, each week, I poured all that I had to curate the right songs and the right messaging.  Pushing myself to new levels, and it just kept getting better and better.

Knowing that a commitment comes after making a decision.  I have the full awareness that whether this idea is selected or not, it my obligation to stay committed to this work of elevating and raising the vibration of mankind - even if it is one human being at time.

Describe a past experience that demonstrates your leadership ability.

Leaders lead.  No excuses.  Find out about this opportunity at the last minute, forged ahead and did not let that deter me from applying.  

Here's one of my favorite quotes that better explains my reasoning for moving forward and my ability to lead.
